This tip is how you can wash your motorcycle/car in the winter using warm water from your faucets.
Find your spouse's carpet shampooer.
Next, convince your spouse that if you can use it to clean your motorcycle, you will be very happy and who knows what nice things you might do for them.
Next take apart the shampooer to remove the hose (Do not let your spouse see this step!)
Connect the hose to the faucet near the outside door by your bike.
Turn on the warm water and wash your bike.
Note: I find that by holding the sponge in one hand and the hose in the other you can do this much quicker (which is good if you are washing your bike in sub-zero weather!)
