Description: Mr. Liton visits the "City of Brotherly Love" about every year or so. We always make an attempt to hang out with him. This year, we found a new bar that will be part of all Philly visits.
Note: on the way home, me and another Hoodlum (who will remain nameless) decided to tour the "shady" side of Philly and check out what the locals had to offer. (wink, wink)8>)
