Other Notes: ISAF’s brand new DFAC is run by Supreme catering, which just lost the NKAIA contract. I’m not sure how this stuff works, but it seems that both Supreme and KBR just keep taking turns on running the DFACs here.

This is a brand new building and the service is great, the food is right up there with other military DFACs.

One thing that is interesting, with all the higher brass at ISAF, I almost expected table service or something for the ISAF DFAC. 8>)

Overall it’s a great place to eat. One downside is that it requires a “Supreme” issued card. I want to carry less ID and cards in theater, not more.
