Other Notes: OK, I’m reviewing another DFAC. This time, it’s at Camp Phoenix, on Jalabad Road.

This is NOT the main DFAC on Camp Phoenix. It was a little tent (GP Medium) for just the food serving. Then you go outside to sit in one of another GP Medium tent. This DFAC is a reminder of how people should be eating in the field, NOT on a deployment base.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Of course, security is top notch!

If you have to eat someplace, this one is free, otherwise, go somewhere else.
No Picture of Military DFAC for security reasons
