Other Notes: The Tolo Ice Cream parlor is a typical ice cream shop. The prices are good and the ice cream is above the quality of most ice cream here in Afghanistan.
The “Sunday” we had here had about 5 different favors of ice cream and half of a cookie in it.

Again, security is non-existent as this place is for ‘locals only.’

It was very good and a nice, friendly place (despite the “clenliness” sign.)
In the summer, this place will be invaluable to those expats without DFAC privileges on any military base.
